About halfway up the mountain, the steep climbs level out for a short time before climbing back up once again. Here there are little trees, only a few rocks. Dens are dug into the earth, and here is where the Wise Pups resides while training, along with their watcher, the only grown Wise Wolf who sleeps on the mountain. On full moons all Wise Wolves will climb atop and spend a night reviewing their history with the cubs.

The highest point for miles around is Cloud Peak, tall and point it reaches high into the sky, and when clouds are particularly low, you can climb on up and take a nice bath in a cloud. Beware, it is very dangerous to climb up when dry; never mind when its wet. Despite this, all Wise Pups must reach the peak and bathe in it's mist to become Wise Wolves.

Much like the Smokey Forest, the Starr Woods can only be reached by crossing Genie Mountains. However, Starry Woods is smaller and not many know of it's existence, never having reason to venture this far in this direction. The Wise Wolves of the forest call this place sacred and holy as the stars are always visible at night, clear and always straight up no matter where you are.
